I buy all my ski gear here and always receive exceptional service. Last year I went in for a ski tuneup before my trip to Montana (my first time skiing out west) and was recommended longer skis after I told them I had improved a ton as a skier since I purchased my current skis ~ 10 years prior. I got the longer skis and went skiing once and realized I hated the new skis. Fast forward to 1 year later (this month) I tried skiing again on a smaller mountain and decided I need to go back to my old skis, which was a bummer since I had just spent a pretty penny on all this new ski gear that only got 1 day’s use. I brought them back to Rotary and was helped beyond my expectations. I was able to “trade in” my now used new skis for a shorter pair, and the owner even offered to “rent out” the new, shorter pair to me for a ski weekend to make sure I really liked them before I bought them. I’m ecstatic and so excited and relieved. Definitely plan to go here if you enjoy winter sports or just need some general winter gear! Thanks guys!

Great people who know their stuff. The guy I talked to has been riding longer than I have and had a collection of old boards he brought out to show. It's hard to find people who really get it. These folks do. I'm updating the review after we went to get my wife new boots. The boot fitter was friendly, patient and helpful. She loves her boots and I can't thank these guys enough.
